1and1 thieves and crooks
They send an ebill (which is OK) but pull the money out of the checking account the following day (no grace period whatsever), they pay themselves three months at a time in advance, they do not admit their errors and when they do it five months later and only credit you for one. Imagine leaving the telephone number off of the spot ads, customers do not go hunting for that. They transfer the blame endlessly and try to blame the website owner for their mistakes, when you pay for their marketing dept. mistakes. I paid them to do my website, but when I want changes made they refuse to do them and tell you to go do it yourself even when you tell them you have tried, and then they send you the email you have already received. The only time I actually received service is when I withheld payment. What a lousy company!
Then they have a one year contract which is not disclosed when you start with them, I found this out when I tried to cancel.
