Their customer service is HORRIBLE. And I just received the new Adobe Creative Suite Standard via mail. The box is completely mangled (looks like someone took a hammer to the box, and the receipt/packing list is ripped into pieces. Nice, real nice Adobe. You guys SUCK!!!!!!!!!
