They are holding my money on a cancelled order

their support staff will lie to you just to close a call. I have a return issue that they will not handle in a professional manner. Within seconds after ordering, I found out I have to wait two weeks to use the product because I wanted disks. So, I ordered from a third party, which delivered in two days, and cancelled my Adobe order. They said they cancelled it. They did not. The charge still went through. I called to cancel it again and the support person said it was done. It was not. I called for an escalation and was told I would be contacted that day. I was not contacted. They blew me off. I hate doing business with Adobe and will strongly look elsewhere next time I need software.
