Ignorance, arrogance, and indifference
They just don't care about what we need as consumers. I am a firm believer in taking accountability and improving on anything you can have any control over rather than bitch about it. That is why I signed up for their beta testing. I spent 8 months working with beta and reported 6 duplicable errors. I reported the remaining 3 in pre-release and the same 3 again during the release of 10 and the same 3 again after service pack 1. The response I received each time was that they were known errors and a work-around for 2 of them. I wish I could take that approach in my work. Here is my next report to the boss. "I know its not complete but here is the work around, drive your ass out to the mine dump and sample the water yourself."
