Why do you hate Bank Of America?

Because when we lost our job and needed temporary assistance with our mortgage they put us in a modification program and for the past 8 months they have been telling us that its still being processed. We provided everything they asked for, even tried giving them half of our monthly payments but since it was not the full payment they would not accept it. Now im almost $1800 behind and of course they would not take payments on that amount! My account manager (I call weekly) tells me that were in no danger of being foreclosed on while were in this "program" but that does not stop us from getting foreclosure notices and people stopping by our house with a slip of paper telling us to call our mortgage company then proceeds to take pictures. I am willing to work with them but they have no interest in working with me.
