My access checking account change fee policy 4 month ago, then I was changed 12$ for 4 months without any disclosure. I complained this to a boa supervisor, the supervisor said" you was charged for 4 month, now we refund you 2 month, you take half and we take half, i think this is very fair." I told her " in your logic, why don't you charge me 1000$ month fee, then refund 500$, and you keep 500$? " what ridiculous logic BOA agents have. BOA is now a scam to all American people , who helped it when it was in financial crisis!
