Billing thieves. You have to terminate your service one month in advance. I did that. So a month later, they send a bill for a service peroid including 3 weeks past the termination period. I'm told they will credit me later for the payment they are billing me for, for the service I am not contracted to receive. If I don't pay them for the service I won't receive, they will charge me a late fee. How can this even be legal?
Customer service is slow.
