Attitude need adjustments
I agree with Brightcove's customer service mentality of "the user is an idiot and they must be doing it wrong." I couldn't get them to stream my HD content in HD -- kept playing pixelated low-D such that YouTube looked much better. When I brought it to their attention they played the same clip on their computer and said that it looked fine to them. Frustration!! I went with Viddler and although it's not as "elegant" it works fairly well.
