two reasons why I hate BA:
1. they are unable to fix a damn computer problem in time so that my family missed their connection flight from london to denver. instead they had to wait 5 hours to go to washington DC and then to denver BUT here comes #2: they(and many other passengers who were in the same possition) were denied bording because they had to wait for hours for no reason - and suddenly it was "to late" for bording(truth is: the guys there just stopped working and said that they were "off"now). fuck u, BA! you just stole 1 whole day of my vacation with them!
