Oh, how I hate you so much BA.
you screwed me once in LHR, I didn't learn.
now you screwed me again in Us with an award ticket on a partner airline.
There wont be a third time. Screw you.
And simply they dont care about the customer. Anytime you call 30 min hold on the phone and the rudest personel ever. The supervisor argued with me 30 mins on the phone, he thinks he is the smartest kid on the block. i will try to ruin everything in my power to ruin BA /rant off
