BA Executive Club flight "rewards" even where there had been a part cash payment cannot be amended in any manner less than 24 hours before your flight and with a return flight, you also lose the the return flight if you cannot get on the outgoing flight with BA....then BA Customer Relations will put you through to their grizzly Sales Department to try to sell you a new return flight at inflated prices having ruthlessly ripped you off your Executive Club loyalty reward....Will actively seek to avoid BA in the future at all costs. Would not bother clocking up loyalty airmiles for BA Executive Club with such a third rate airline that really could not care less about its customers....
