Refuse to check us in as we were 2 minutes late ( 58min before departure ), meanwhile they are checking 1 person in front us. When was our turn .. too late !! No other way come tommorrow back and pay Extra change and service fee .. Its just a matter of earning extra Cash .. In Shanghai the manager teld us they can refuse check in any person.. my question was based on what ? I still dint get proper answer. This is the last time we will book by BA.. they really sucks !!!!!
