flight cancelled due to bad weather (fare enough), rebooked to next day (also fare enough), information online said to show up to the airport (stated scheduled), when arrived at airport was told all flights were cancelled and to leave the terminal. was told to call customers services and use the website which proved totally impossible, after three days I gave up trying to get home with british airways and was saved by easyjet. wont go into all the stress and misinformation/system outages etc... in summary a complete and total shambles.
