BA is a rediculous airline. They give you information to change legs of travel to get more money out of you then ask you to cancel it all and pocket both pieces of cash. Their call centers are horrible. You can't even speak to a Manager when you escalate. File a complaint - that ias a joke too. They say oh sorry our volume of complaints is so high we can't get back to you in a timely manner. Time for a new airline, I hope they go under.
