Customer service is at an arms length. They hide behind the web site and use it as an excuse for back service. I called followed the instructions on changing my flight date/time then called the US when I couldn't finish. They told me I had to cancel and loose the 290GBS I had just paid and so sorry. Not their fault. Talked to Keith 3479 at the call center - he wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor. File a complaint on line, they tell you the volume is so high don't expect a responsel They suck - I hate BA and they have lost a customer. Thank goodness I didn't try to fly over the holidays.
