My BA air miles expired, with no warning. I now see it's in the terms and conditions but who reads those in detail? A bit of warning would have helped! They refuse to re-instate the miles. So instead of being able to use my 48,000 air miles for a first holiday as a family of four, I will be shelling out. But with a different airline, of course.
