Bulkregister hate

I have had the exact same problems. Domains NS mysteriously changing to BR parking name servers, unreliable email service and clueless support. They've also taken all my domains hostage because i contested a an auto-renewal charge for POP service, which i tried turning auto-renew to off through the backend, but it kept defaulting to "on" and now ... more »

I have had the exact same problems. Domains NS mysteriously changing to BR parking name servers, unreliable email service and clueless support. They've also taken all my domains hostage because i contested a an auto-renewal charge for POP service, which i tried turning auto-renew to off through the backend, but it kept defaulting to "on" and now they are extorting the fee for POP ($9) plus a $35 "dispute fee" in order to get access to the domains I own! No more business with eNom / Bulkregister for me. And i have been with them since their inception! « less

They suck because: 1. live domains mysteriously default to bulkregisters parking nameserver 2. email server is always down 3. technical is unhelpful and completely clueless 4. more expensive than other registrars if your smart, you won't do business with bulkregister
