Capital One bought Chevy Chase Bank (CCFSB). I was a CCFSB customer for 10 years w/ no problems, now - my account is gong to hell in a handbasket. they have a cut off time for deposits, they hold my deposits (which NEVER happened before), the online banking system SUCKS and wont give u a running balance, for pending transactions, you cant see what the transaction is for, and most of all, they process all DEBITS before credits. so that as much can bounce as possible and they can collect NSF fees. I'm going to Citibank!!!
