I never subscribed for their "Payment protection
I never subscribed for their "Payment protection plan", yet they 'sold' it to me and made me pay for it (57 cents, that is 1% of the amount in my first credit card bill).
Of course I stopped using their card right away.
Only recently, after about 2 years since then, they sent me a check to refund those 57 cents. I guess some class action eventually obliged them to, maybe the Spinelli class action.
So, they just gave back what they stole.
What about paying for the peace of mind they took from me?
This company IS evil.
