Called customer service and was told "NO ONE" could discuss my account with me or help me in anyway. NO ONE? Really? At the entire freakin' bank? I have never had a late payment on this card and have been a customer for 7 years, everyone should pull ALL their money out of Citibank!   I have been with citc for over 10 years just got the axe called to talk to them. They are very rude and told me I had bad credit. So I ran home pulled my credit report found no bad credit and no late payments on any of my accounts so I called back and got hung on by customer no service.   They made it impossible to pay my gas card ontime by not allowing me the option to do so. So I was slammed with a $34.00 fine because I was two minutes late online to pay the the thing! That was because they cut off their payments times waaayyyy too early for West Coasters!

I reviewed my credit report and my credit is good (750+ score!)! Called customer service and was told "NO ONE" could discuss my account with me or help me in anyway. All they could tell me was to check my credit. I have never had a late payment on this card and have been a customer for 10 years! But how are they helping??? By increasing the APR to an enormous 21-27% and if you don't opt for increase, your account will be shutdown without no prior notice.

  my mortgage application (to refi my existing mortage with them) went to the underwriter for the 5th time. and for the 5th time, a different set of document requests has been made. It's pretty clear, they don't want to lend me the money, despite the 800+ credit and 30? loan to value. they have absolutely no clue of what it takes to run a bank.

  Yes, Citi really sucks. They charged me a $7.50 service charge (min $1,500) although I have well over $8k in all my accounts with Citi. The reason why? Because my Savings account was not linked to my checking account under the same "banner" (whatever that means).   Yes, Citi really sucks. They charged me a $7.50 service charge (min $1,500) although I have well over $8k in all my accounts with Citi. The reason why? Because my Savings account was not linked to my checking account under the same "banner" (whatever that means). When I requested to link the accounts together, the CSR mentioned that I wouldn't be getting the same rate under the consolidation and that he doesn't know anything more "becasue I'm not a banker". He also said that this would take effect in the next cycle and that I would be charged with another $7.50 service charge!!! Are you guys serious? Seriously??? Check your statements people!   citibank is now charging a $7.50 a month service if you don't have at least $1,500 in your acount for the entire billing statement where do they come up with this crap after being a citibank customer for over 30 years they are nickel and dimeing me any which way they can.
