Left had doesn't know what right hand is doing....

i hate them because they said they would send me a replacement ATM card to a branch in costa rica but when i arrived at the bank they didn't have it and had no idea where it was. I end up calling citibank only to find out they shipped it to some other Citi bank located in god-only-knows what part of the country. I hate you citi cant wait to get back to the states so i can close my account!!
