Citi Bank just turned off my card for no reason

Citi Bank just turned off my card for no reason just said they changed their lending policies. Perfect pays since 1993. They said I could use it until Feb 28.2011. Gee thanks guys.
Called the number on the letter and then asked for a manger. Nothing they could do or tell me.
I asked since my rateing was high with the bank would this affect my credit report. But
they could not answer this.
