Where we live they offer no channels in a NORMAL

Where we live they offer no channels in a NORMAL lineup like Hallmark, animal planet etc ( the list is to long of what they dont have) and the cable is always out. Then when you get one of their IDIOTS on the phone they have no common sense and just spit out what their script says. Uh hello if more than one person is out in a neighborhood then their is a problem in the area NOT MY HOUSE, but they dont stop repeating their script to use a brain.
