I have wasted hours of my life trying to work with this bug ridden pile of sh**e software. I cannot believe they have the cheek to sell something that it so badly designed. And how the hell does it get good reviews?

Hi - wow I sounded mad on that post. yes I had but I lost the will to live - they wanted original receipts and all sorts to prove it was a genuine copy (it is) and decided in the end to go for a more stable equivalent like Sony Vegas...

Don't you think that it is a valid request from them? You know that there are so many ppl who duplicated the softwares and sale them on many second hand sale websites like e-bay. What if you need to provide support for any of your product? Will you do it without a valid proof of purchase. Moreover, CyberLink require POP (Receipt) if they need to provide you a new download link.

It is a valid request yes but what frustrates me is the time taken to fix things (things that shouldn't be broken in the first place!!??) and nobody seems to appreciate this. So when they started asking for receipts screen shots, stuff I'd never heard of and the rest without so much as an apology that I had wasted so much time already then it frustrates me.

I can understand the frustrations. What I have observed, as a user and as a long time contacts with tech support, is that, they take long times, when the things are out of the tech support's reach or they have to take permission from higher department, they have to wait for the approval or reply from the higher department. But I am sure, if they are taking so long, a solution to ur problem is on its way to you.
