Fedex's Service is an Absolute JOKE!!!!

They said my package was "undeliverable" because of the format of my address so, after only one attempt to contact me by phone (they apparently left one message which I never received...perhaps they called the wrong number or didn't even try at all) they shipped my Eurail tickets back to Europe which means I will not have a train pass for my travels. The format of my address what just fine - the same format I've been using for the 5 years that I've been at this address. Plus, my name/buzzer number is on the outside of my building so if they made even a half-assed attempted to deliver my package I would have received it. Based on the address I provided, a person with even lower-than-average intelligence should have been able to find my condo. At the very least, they could have called me more than once before shipping it back. The "service" they provide is an absolute disgrace.
