I really hate Garmin. Piece of crap company that doesnt care for its customers and forces people to buy stupid map updates. I bought a new garmin 640 and was told I would be entitled to one free map update. Just because I forgot to do it within the first 30 days of purchase - who wants to update a brand new product?? garmin now tells me I have to pay for the map update. Garmin sucks and they are not paying attention to their customers. Cant they see that this practice is wrong and will ultimately hurt them? Stupid people.
