I just got off their site and they want $30 bucks to let me know they can;t help me. Whatta ripoff. DO NOT buy one of their $#1**y products. Their customer service is a joke and you will be on hold for hours.
Garmin never charges for Technical support. You went to the wrong website. You have to make sure you are going to Garmin.com... no one else. Ripoff websites will rip you off and then really not know how to help you.. try again.
