I hate freaking Insurance companies! Humana sucks the most trying to verfy benefits for people! Can somebody get their head out of their ass and give me a straight answer! I'm tired of being transfered here then there and sitting on hold to sucky elevator music! I NEED ALCOHOL FOR THIS!!

I hate insurance companies! Three weeks and they have not even started processing a claim. If you have a choice pick Aflac vs Humana. Humana sucks big time, never had issues like this with Aflac.
