Kodak Gallery sucks because they deleted nine years worth of photos for me including wedding and honeymoon. I had a hard drive crash and was counting on that for back up and when I went to look at them, they were deleted because I had not spent $4.99 in the last year.

They SUCK in a major way. Just went to order an archival cd...was never informed of their new policy...where you had to pay if you hadn't ordered in 12 months. They deleted all my photos since 2002!! I'm so sad, b/c my laptop crashed and I was counting on these photos. My baby girl and my wonderful little boy...baby pics and all. I've learned ... more »

It is so much harder to load photos now, especially on a mac. the plug in doesn't even work or if it does, I can't figure it out. We've barely ordered any photos the past few months. Also, viewing is slower then on the old site

My goodness they suck. They deleted all my photos. Now for those of you who think "back them up" true, but these were on film. The service they ran was to convert the film to digital and then they didn't give you the film back. You had to pay to get a backup. The service they ran was to convert the film to digital and then they didn't give you the film back. You had to pay to get a backup. i stopped using kodak because the time it took to view a slideshow or g-d forbid, try to make a photo book is INSANE. who the heck has time to sit and wait for the pictures to load. you would think that kodak would be one of the top photo sites...but i have switched to picasa/shutterfly...it's way better so far.

the website is ALWAYS down. I try to retrieve "shared photo's" from friends and they are constantly down. It is SOOOOO ANNOYING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Because they "ship" my order, charge me, and in the fine print they note "ship" time includes processing time. My order arrival date, 2 to 14 days, will be at 14 days tomorrow and they've had their money since for 13 days. Because they bill when they "ship," so they suck.

Kodak Gallery Sucks. Can't delete multiple images at once which is necessary because it always seems to create multiple instances of every image I upload. And I can't get all my images to upload. They tell me it is a problem with my antivirus or firewall, but I didn't change my configuration and they did change their web site. And when they do ... more »

And when they do upload they are all out of order and when I go to the page to rearrange them I can't see the file name so I'm not sure which one was actually taken first. They suck! « less

Yes, the new format is an unmitigated disaster. Talk about leaving well enough alone! Photos take longer to upload, the albums are tiny and the titles only include a few words instead of the whole thing, and the latest development is that photos that are uploaded magically turn the wrong way, and then when you try to edit them they come out misshap... more »

Yes, the new format is an unmitigated disaster. Talk about leaving well enough alone! Photos take longer to upload, the albums are tiny and the titles only include a few words instead of the whole thing, and the latest development is that photos that are uploaded magically turn the wrong way, and then when you try to edit them they come out misshapen. I have been a loyal customer spending upwards of $1,000 a year with them since they went online back in the early 2000s, but I am about to leave. « less

They have some serious fulfillment issues. I will never use them again. When I complained to them, providing every conceivable detail they emailed back saying "We need a little more information." What? Did you actually read the email?
