I've been an on/off member for around a year with

I've been an on/off member for around a year with 18,000 points, and i've never won anything! I've been to two redemptions early, and by the time the page loaded it was fresh out of items. So now, i've tried to see if i could win in the 24/7 auction/redemption and still no luck. I've typed fast enough to burn the keys off and i still get out bid by what it seems to be either world class typist or what everyone here knows are auto-bid hackers. What's the logic in hacking the items if you just let other folks spend their points and be done with it. The worst offence lockerz does is treat their users like yesterdays garbage and have the nerve to promote their videos for revenue without fixing the sites problems. FYI I don't want to watch your Youtube reject videos, i would like to spend my points and be done with you! >:(
