Another good article: The Year SharePoint Died? I cannot stress enough that companies need to invest in employees learning more about what SharePoint can do out of the box versus upgrades and customization. There is so much value just waiting. As the article points out,it takes practice. It is an evolving process that takes time to see value. Don't hate SharePoint. Learn how to use it and you will be surprised.
