I liked the way it showed up on screen where I could just read down the list of news articles and NOW too much other crap comes up..don't like the format of new one either...Please bring back the old one! Went on vacation over July 4, came home turned on comp. to check e-mail. (MSN mail). The mail was there but my address book completely vanished. It's there if I go to hotmail but msn mail has gotten so screwed up it's almost un useable. Always get the "MSN is not responding" thing, at least 10 times a day.

The new MSN and Hotmail suck. Options have a mind of their own and change at random. If I'm lucky enough to get things running, I'm afraid to breath the wrong way lest I get kicked out. The previous version was hard enough to get used to but it sucked a lot less.

It never works!!! It take10 minutes to move something to another folder no matter what the size of the e-mail. The new format sucks too! I guess now I have to change "all" of my e-mail addresses to a google accsount. I never have a problem with them. What a pain after 10 years of MSN but it's just not worth it!

This "new" MSN is CRAP, I didn't like the old version either! msn sucks because it partners with NBC/GE. This is a left wing combo. The new preview is bland and looks just like yahoo. Bill Gates should look at the crap microsoft is giving its subscribers and put some old school thought into the design.
