Horrible software! I've been a user of Microsoft

Horrible software! I've been a user of Microsoft for 10years+..and now my new employer has Open Office. In the time it takes me to get this program to work effectively, I've spend 30 minutes or so dealing bugs in teh software, short cuts that won't work, formatting issues, lack of options/tools or the ability to do one simple task. Open Office is not compatible w/ Word, or any templates you would download. Hence having to spend valuable time creating new labels when a template would be a time saver. Documents you finish, then save seem to have a mind of their own, when you reopen you discover it's missing items or the format has changed. To work on a document, sent to another employee who may have word, they can't view it correctly. I am so sorry any Employer who gets this horrible software just to save money, for you only created tons of frustration trying to do your job w/ it, your duties take much longer due to the software not working properly. Open Office tries to mimic Word...same icons, tool bars...but the actually tools don't work anything like Word. I truly, 100% hate...hate this program. I will not ever recommend any one using!
