It's buggy. It crashes when you least expect it, I had to find out the hard way that "Auto-Save" is a load of crap... And my mom freaked out when she lost most of her work and had to redo-it thanks to that...
For this + how hard it is to use, I LOVE MICROSOFT OFFICE.
Oh and open office looks like crap too. Kind of a buzz kill for creative writing. HA
