Poorly designed, even more poorly customized by

Poorly designed, even more poorly customized by any company that uses it. Terrible. Doesn't have useful command line options. Ridiculously slow. Resizing windows doesn't allow more information to be viewed. Without training, you can't figure out the process or data flows used. It's just all one record with many fields on many tabs. Sorry, asterisking the fields isn't enough to provide process flow information. Training should NOT be required for a tool of this nature. Dumb.
