Cell phone + service motto "thou shalt NOT help"
Why are long term customers treated so poorly by Rogers? I have fond thoughts of using my hammer on this phone. Their customer service has a few gems, overseas clueless help that totally wastes time and knows nothing of canada or plans - and can do nothing but waste your time if you can even understand them, and the service leads have pokers up you know whats and seem as capable as a drone unplugged. Thats no way to do business. Why do Canadian companies treat good customers like trash? I am sick of it. It is easy and cost effective to treat customers with respect and be reasonable. Such as an old replacement phone, a rate that is low, costs that are known and tracked, calls not dropped, internet that is fast and reliable, international options that are reasonable and simple and agreed upon. Rogers wants locked in customers and does not care about quality service. They dont have adequate coverage out west. I have been with them for more than 15 years and today Rogers lost my vote totally today when they would not replace an old phone while waiting for a new phone to come in. amazingly stupid. When will we get the great rates and options people have in the US and abroad? Why are Canadians treated so poorly by Canadian companies? It is tatamount to Highway robbery . I am sick of it. But I find no other options in canada - than perhaps Bell, Telus and Wind that may be better. I can get a 20$ phone at 2$ per day unlimited us calling from a US wallmart...but can not get the same in Canada. I can get a 25 dollar monthly plan unlimited across the US - from a US company ...but NOT in Canada. When will some company come in and kick some...and get some reliable customers like me?
