What the fuck, Ticketmaster, charging $2.50 to print tickets? Does it cost you even $0.250 to generate a barcode that I can print? And what's up with all the silly convenience charges, order processing fees and "TicketFast" delivery fees?

Here's the breakdown for a $15 ticket I bought today, 2010-May-12:

Tried to order tickets on their Canadian site for a Canadian concert using my Canadian address. They make you select a country (duh...) and - wait for it - Canada is not even on the drop-down list. Afghanistan is, but not Canada. If you try to proceed, you get an error message telling you to select a country. I had no choice than to call them... more »

I bet in the end they make more money that the artist do. I don't mind paying a small fee for their services, but when I am paying almost half of the face value for the ticket- it's abuse. And, there is no feedback or customer service email to let them know there is a problem with the website. No one at any of them seems to give a sh*t that it doesn't work. « less

If you select "Best Available" (after searching for half an hour without results for specfic seating sections), it gives you the most expensive tickets. Ticketmaster stole from my my souvenir Michael Jackson ticket. In July I sent the request via the MJ website that I don't want a refun but the ticket. I could not tell what was my seat number becuase Ticketmaster deleted reservation (booking) from their website. Afterwards, I send emails whether they know about me and my problem. Ticketmaster stole from my my souvenir Michael Jackson ticket. In July I sent the request via the MJ website that I don't want a refun but the ticket. I could not tell what was my seat number becuase Ticketmaster deleted reservation (booking) from their website. Afterwards, I send emails whether they know about me and my problem. I received no answer. On the Ticketmaster website all the MJ fans were told not to contact Ticketmaster because the dispatch was on its way. Finally, in January I wrote a letter where the hell is my ticket and A MONTH later I received an answer that there are not souvenir tickets left and I will receive a refund.
I called customer service, they totally ignored me. There was nothing they could do.

GO TO HELL TICKETMASTER. Your services and the way of treating customers is below any standards. I will use all my free time to discourage people from using your services and tell about my story to all MJ fans.

It is not my fault that you deleted my requests and ignored my emails. It is not my fault that you deleted all reservations immediately after MJ deatch. It is not my fault that you run out of tickets because your employees sell them on Ebay.
