I hate TM.net.

1. FREQUENT Intermittent time-outs and service breakdowns where they have no clue what's wrong 99% of the time.
2. Makes (1) worst when their CRM and procedures are not "smart".
3. When you talk to them in English they will answer back in Malay. (sometimes).
4. They don't keep their records of a complain organised. Just like a badly managed government service desk.
5. We hate TM.net more for (1) - (5) is when you make a call, TM.net actually charges you for your calls. And let you wait for disconnect you while on the line waiting.
