I posted on Tripadvisor a review of Hotel Santa Teresa in Rio de Janeiro where I was assaulted at gunpoint with several other guests. Tripadvisor deleted all the reviews posted and also deleted a review of a guest who stayed in the hotel previuosly and said how unsafe the hotel was............
Did the hotel staff point a gun at you ?, I am guessing not, so therefor its not the hotels fault, so it should have been removed. have you any idea what damage you would have done to that hotel and the people who work in it. This is the problem with people who write reviews on TA, THEY DONT THINK. !!!!
