I had a break in while we were away on vacation and our loss was over $80,000. USAA gave us a measly $19,000 after months of haggling. We had paid premiums for many years but once we needed their help they put up all kinds of road blocks. I moved over to Navy Federal too. I will never use USAA again!

Rates went up after the credit cad bill went into affect. I was injured in an accident and the USAA agent strongarmed me into a lower settlement. His name was David BItnoff, and he was rude, insulting, and attempted to imply that I was doing something wrong by attempting to get my medical bills paid. Get a lawyer if your are dealing with David Bitnoff.

I hate USAA auto insurence... who knew that I would have to constantly check to make sure they are doing their job right. Appearently I owe $390 because once again they have messed up my Automatic Bill Pay. If they cant work with me to somehow correct this little mishap on their part maybe it's worth paying more for Geico or State Farm. It's obvious now what your paying for, more consistance and reliable service.
