I was getting a radio station over my phone line.

I was getting a radio station over my phone line. Was told there was nothing I could do and that I would have to switch to Fios. I switched my phone and DSL internet to Fios, but was still billed for DSL for over a year (in addition to Fios). Spent countless hours on the phone every month and was told the problem was fixed. Then got a collection notice. Got the BBB involved and Verizon actually called me all kissy-ass like and said the problem was a computer glitch and that it was fixed. Then received a bill for DSL showing all credits and account was $0. One month later, got a $75 collection notice for Verizon for an early termination fee. It was put on my credit report. Called Verizon and as usual was transferred 10 - 15 times (not exaggerating). Finally got someone who said it was a mistake and they would fix and it would be removed from my credit report. Didn't happen. Got BBB involved again and got another kissy-ass phone call. Collection has been removed from my credit report. Still waiting for another "final" bill to see if credit was issued. To top it off, then my service went out. They sent a technician out (2 days later). He was working on the line outside and then disappeared without warning. I still had no service. Called Verizon and they didn't know why he left. They sent another technician out 3 days later. They told me I had to be home, so I took off work. A technician fixed the problem from outside and never bothered to ring the bell to tell me he was here. A day of my personal leave wasted for nothing.
