I hate the idiots who try to tell you something

I hate the idiots who try to tell you something in broken english, and they have to try to find the answer in a book. They also lie to you about their service, everyday and night I lose the internet connection, have to reboot, turn off the verizon router and do it all over again about 6-8 times a day, then they tell me I'm on the boundary of their service, thats why I get lousy connection problems, but the never hesitate to bill me every month
