If you are OVER 30 years old they will NEVER hoire you, even if your experience is EXACTLY what they posted for a job. Then all of a sudden you do not meet the requirements. They have NO clue how to hire NORMAL DEDICATED TALENTED EXPERIENCED employees. I guess if i was younger, my years of experience would not have made ONE bit of difference.
