SugarCRM CE is a fucking waste of time. So many easily fixable bugs. When I see reports of bugs in R5.x.x and they are still not fixed as of 6.5.6 ...

I developing the SugarCRM system and I can confirm that it SUCKS!!!! Very hard to expand functionality. It has a strong coding rules. The support community is sucks too.
