Only noobs hate Salesforce because they don't know how to use it or are lazy bums that don't want to take the time to learn anything or even realize the fact that people who actually LEARN TO USE SALESFORCE can be making $4k a month from home.

Hi Matt B - Just intrigued by your post - do you have any helpful tips for a noob like me? I have been learning salesforce for 2 years and have passed both certification exams (admin and advanced) but yet i am still lost in salesforce - i contact support for them to point me in the right direction and they never come back to me - i go onto the community to ask and i get some help but if the first idea doesnt work, they never come back with a second idea, i really am at my wits end as i want to learn how to do this stuff but there is no one to help. any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi - Any response to my message or not? If not is that because you cannot offer me any help or because you like Salesforce do not have time for noobs like me? I am trying to out entire processes through Salesforce to prove the concept so t hat we can fully roll out but the basic functionality is useless. E.g. I cannot change the database that is linked to the To & CC boxes in the standard email setup. Also no one at Salesforce wants to help me with inventing new/exciting flows that they could sell on so i have had to tell departments that their processes will not work in Salesforce. Not exactly a good name for Salesforce is it? i could make 4K a month at home as i know enough but not when my customers are going to complain at me about rubbish functionality they want me to change and i cant. Whats the point when i strive for a high standard of work and satisfaction - none of which i get from Salesforce.
