Citibank Sucks

Yes, Citi really sucks. They charged me a $7.50 service charge (min $1,500) although I have well over $8k in all my accounts with Citi. The reason why? Yes, Citi really sucks. They charged me a $7.50 service charge (min $1,500) although I have well over $8k in all my accounts with Citi. The reason why? Because my Savings account was not linked to my checking account under the same "banner" (whatever that means). When I requested to link the accounts together, the CSR mentioned that I wouldn't be getting the same rate under the consolidation and that he doesn't know anything more "becasue I'm not a banker". He also said that this would take effect in the next cycle and that I would be charged with another $7.50 service charge!!! Are you guys serious? Seriously??? Check your statements people! They are out there to rape everyone blind!
