    Comcast sucks, because their billing is a joke. Add on top of that, the fact that you are paying double what you should for a mediocre product, and pretty soon you have a $300 bill or being shut off, even though you have paid what you should. Go DISH or DirectTV, you will save big bucks and big headache

    The cost for what you get is not worth it. The On Demand Box constantly glitches this stupid black box in the middle of the TV screen. When my special deal ran out I was billed a month in advance for the new charges and ended up paying over $400 for 3 months of service.

    Comcast totally sucks. Their service is unbelievably bad. I spent 4 hours waiting for a cable installer who never showed up. There was no phone call, nothing. I had to call and let them know their cable installer didn't show up. They had no idea!

    I hate Comcast because they have terrible pricing, they're DVR is horrible-I have to watch one of the two shows I'm recording instead of watching a third show, the picture quality isn't that great, they cost way too damn much and they don't have an HD only package.
