Delta Airlines Sucks

Delta is terrible een sitting here for 35 minute thus far for a 45 minute flight and they recently overcharged me 1200 dollars for a flight I never even took the worst airlines hands down I loathe them

I fly all the time and on many different carriers. Delta by far has the worst customer service. I receive better customer service at my local DMV office. They should change the name to Ghetto Jet because I feel like Im in the ghetto when I fly them. But hey... I would probably receive better treatment in any ghetto in the world then I would at Delt... I fly all the time and on many different carriers. Delta by far has the worst customer service. I receive better customer service at my local DMV office. I Hate Delta. We just sat on the Tarmac last night for 3 hours and they said we had to return because the de-icing machine was out of de-icer. Then they said that the co-pilot exceeded the amount hours he could be in the air. Then they lost our luggage and they say they won't compensate us. I lost 2 snow boards, 2 sets of boots, 2 snow jackets, 2 snow pants, 2 sets of gloves, 2 pairs of goggles, 4 pairs of boarding socks, a portable roof rack for the rental car, 2 fleeces, 2 pairs of full Under Armour. And that's just one of the bags. Delta says, I'm sorry Mr Chamberlain but your going to have to come to Atlanta's baggage claim office and fill out a report in person. Unfortunately though, we cannot promise compensation." THIS IS ROBBERY" And they say all this with an apathetic and condescending tone. I HAVE NEVER FELT THIS VIOLATED IN ALL MY LIFE. I took a Continental flight and a similar thing happened. They treated me decent and compensated me.

GLORIFIED F...ING BUS DRIVERS!!!

WHERE IS JUSTICE? WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH MEGA COMPANIES?????????

#Delta hell cont'd: 2hr weather delay (on plane), then 1.5 hr mechanical delay; now 30 min weather delay. We R no. 1,843 for take-off. #fail
