Lg sucks

I bought a front load washer and matching dryer and after about 13 months have had ongoing problems with both. So far I have put about $400 - $500 in total repairs. Oh, if I had only known. Since then I have talked to numerous of people with the same issues. Never again! If you are thinking of buying LG, think again...you will regret it!

i just got an lg360 cell phone, the piece of shit doesn't even resend texts that it failed at sending, it also makes you delete the outbox messages one at a time... don't ever buy lg.. fuck them

Lg has the worst customer service EVER. I bought an LG refrigerator that broke down within the first year. They wouldn't authorize a repair person who was on their list and willing to repair it THAT day because the dept. that approves this was closed on the weekend. Three weeks later, I still couldn't get their approval for a repair. They just repeat that there's nothing they can do until they get a response from this non-existent dept. and a supervisor is of no help. They could care less about customer satisfaction or the poor quality of their product. Three months later, after finally getting a repair, the appliance is now doing the same exact thing and it's off warranty. Too bad for me, there's nothing they can do. DO NOT buy an LG appliance!

My $3K 50" Plasma is now a huge paper weight in less than 4 years. Costs more to fix than to replace. Checked the 'net and found out this is a recurring issue with LG Plasma.

In 2004, I bought an LG phone because I moved out of the range of my then-carrier. It was the biggest piece of cr*p I've ever had. Three in-warranty replacements (handled by Cingular, to their credit) and each phone did the exact same thing. I said screw it and paid full price for a non-LG replacement, and swore never to own another LG product.

Fast forward to 2009: I received a BluRay player as a gift. I don't really watch a lot of DVDs, but I loved the Netflix/networking capability. The other day, I went to use the DVD part and the thing wouldn't open! FOUR MONTHS OLD and it's broken! I called LG yesterday. They said they couldn't take it back, because I didn't have a receipt! I got a supervisor, who said their computers were down, but that they would take it back but I'd need to call and complete the deal today. I call and was told AGAIN that I couldn't send it back. Finally got through to ANOTHER supervisor, and they agreed to fix it: Ten days for the return label to arrive, and then 10 days for the unit to be fixed and returned.

LG is just Goldstar with a cosmetic facelift. They did NOTHING to improve their quality. Avoid them like the plague: You can get away with pretty products that break frequently (look at Ferrari) but your customer service better be amazing.

I bought an lg dishwasher 2 years ago. It never worked well, but now it won't work at all and no one has parts or will do repairs!!!!!!!!!!! Never again

I bought an LG refrigerator one year ago and am still going through a nightmare of trying to get them to repair it when it's still on warrantee. I will NEVER buy another LG appliance again. Their customer service is the WORST!

Just got an LG CF360 cellphone. I wanted to hook up my headphones to it. The BS on their website says there are 3.5mm adapters for them (http://www.lge.com/us/mobile-phones/pdf/Final%20CF360%20Datasheet.pdf). LIE. I went on a service chat, and they told me to talk to my carrier. WTF? "You made the phone, you should know what accessories work with it!" I tried AT&T. FAIL. Turns out, there are tons of forums on this issue on AT&T, http://forums.wireless.att.com/cng/board/message?board.id=LG&thread.id=34666. People have tried using all sorts of adapters and none of them work. I tried to get just a wired headset, and that doesn't even work. We have all been lied to and cheated by LG. What's the point in having a music player on the phone if you can't hook up listening devices? They expect us to play music from the dinky speakers?

I have an LG refrigerator that doesn't sell the part that I need!!!! LG does SUCK. Never will I buy LG again.

I sell LG products at work and I HATE EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THEM!!! We have more dramas with LG than ANY other brand!
