It is just terrible design. The old one was simple to read while getting alot of information on one single page. The new one is overloaded with junk. Also, what is up with the new fonts, does Microsoft think we are blind.

msn sucks because it partners with NBC/GE. This is a left wing combo. The new preview is bland and looks just like yahoo. Bill Gates should look at the crap microsoft is giving its subscribers and put some old school thought into the design. My homepage says they listened to the people, I know of no one who has been contacted.

MSN makes you jump thru hoops, sign stupid agreements, answer questions. They get your info to make themselves look good to their marketing department. Then cannot deliver a simple video replay that they offer. DUH!

Gee. Don't like it, don't use it, simple approach, we have the technology to have multiple versions of the same idea. the new msn 14 . ive been using hotmail for years and for years it was awesome, simple and easy, but now that the pop up windows have harrassed me to updating to the new version, im on the verge of dumping my hotmail addresses and the service altogether!! wtf have microsoft done to hotmail!! fucking ruined it good and proper, cant see my email contacts anymore, the layout is fucking awful and they have added a whole load of system hungry crap apps to it which i will never use ! hate it hate it hate it
